Set in lush tropical gardens on the riverfront, Noosa Sun Lagoon Resort is absolute waterfront in the prestigious Quamby Place, Noosa Sound. With its own beach and jetty, it is everything you expect from a Noosa waterfront resort.
Comprised of three buildings, it creates an intimate atmosphere that minimises noise. Each building is three stories high.
Spacious and split level, all apartments run the depth of the building north to south with balconies front and back, ensuring lovely breezes flow through the apartments.

Each block has a different perspective of the water, and enjoys different benefits of their position. Our River View apartments, where reception is located, overlooks the pools, spa and river lagoon at the rear of the property. Our Palm View Apartments sit at the front of the complex with each enjoying our northerly morning sun. This is especially lovely in winter, when sitting on their living room balconies. Our River Front Apartments over look the park and the lagoon with lovely river views. Some also have direct access to the river from their private patios.

Our River View Apartments are well equipped with full kitchen facilities and a large open living room offering views out to the beautiful Noosa River & Lagoon. These apartments are either Split Level or Tri Level, have an ensuite and separate bathroom, private patios and/or balconies. Enjoy the cool river breezes or catch an evenings sunset.
River Front Apartments

Our Palm View Deluxe apartments feature a large open living room with full kitchen facilities. These apartments have two separate levels, a semi – ensuite bathroom, separate laundry and toilet and a large private patio and balcony.
